Wander Woman is seeking a qualified and driven individual for the role of Accountant. This is a pivotal position

that oversees the complete financial operations of the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

ensuring financial accuracy, maintaining compliance, and driving ef iciency to support the company’s

profitability and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and ensure precise account management.

• Collect, analyze, and prepare financial reports, including monthly reports, weekly sales reports, cash flow

statements, and income statements.

• Exercise strong control over company finances, ensuring the highest level of accuracy in reporting.

• Prepare monthly budgets and submit reports within the first five working days of each month.

• Liaise with financial institutions to establish and maintain multiple payment gateways and facilities.

• Oversee software updates and ensure timely invoice management.

• Administer internal disbursements (mobile allowance, transportation, food, employee benefits).

• Manage external disbursements (domestic vendor payments, bKash transactions, bank transfers).

• Maintain payment requisition processes and extend the pay cycle from bi-weekly to monthly.

• Perform all necessary bank-related tasks, including cash deposits/withdrawals and bank statement

collection.

Work Schedule & Location:

• Location: Mohammadpur, Dhaka

• Days: Sunday – Thursday (Weekend: Friday & Saturday)

• Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: BDT 15,000 – 20,000 (based on experience and qualifications).
