• Oversee the creation and negotiation of MOUs, agreements, and contracts with partners
and sponsors.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of sponsorship
and partnership initiatives.

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to strengthen the company’s position in

• Monitor and analyze partnership performance and make recommendations for
optimization.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience in business development, sponsorship management, and strategic partnerships.
-Completion of Bachelor’s degree, preferred Marketing -Minimum 1 year experience in the relevant department
- Strong multitasking, communication, organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and committed to go the extra mile
- Proven experience in the relevant department
- A proactive, goal-oriented approach to business development
-Ability to establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
-Experience with PR strategies and managing media relations is a plus.
Working Hours:
- Weekdays: Sunday – Thursday
- Working hours are from 10 am to 6 pm (Weekend availability might be required and 48-60
hours per week). - Weekend: Friday & Saturday
