Global Travel Consultant

Wander Woman is seeking an energetic and service-oriented individual for the role of Travel Facilitator. This role

is essential in ensuring seamless execution of trips, providing direct support to travelers, and maintaining a

smooth travel experience from beginning to end. The ideal candidate will be proactive, dependable, and

passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in dynamic travel environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the on-ground point of contact during trips and tours.

• Coordinate travel logistics including transportation, accommodation, meals, and itinerary timelines.

• Ensure smooth check-ins, pickups, and all logistical arrangements during trips.

• Provide real-time support and assistance to travelers to address queries, concerns,or emergencies.

• Maintain strong communication with vendors, guides, and internal teams to ensure service quality.

• Gather feedback and insights from travelers to help improve future travel experiences.

• Assist the operations team with trip preparation, documentation, and reporting.

• Handle cash disbursements and ensure proper financial tracking during trips.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• Ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.

• Adaptability in handling changing or unexpected situations.

• Commitment to going the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction.

• Prior experience in the tourism or travel sector is preferred.

Work Schedule & Location:

• Location: Mohammadpur, Dhaka

• Days: Sunday – Thursday (Weekend: Friday & Saturday)

• Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Compensation:

• Salary range: BDT 18,000 – 25,000 (based on experience)
