Role Overview
Wander Woman is seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to oversee travel operations, manage
stakeholder relationships, and drive successful execution of domestic and global projects. The Project Manager
will ensure operational excellence, profitability of trips, and alignment with company objectives, while leading
teams and building strong partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Management:
• Act as a liaison between departments and stakeholders to align goals, expectations, and deliverables.
• Onboard new vendors and partners, ensuring strong rapport and seamless integration.
• Monitor financial outcomes to ensure profitability for each trip.
Crisis Management:
• Lead efforts in managing and mitigating operational crises such as travel disruptions, supply chain issues, or
customer service challenges.
• Develop and implement crisis management strategies to minimize business impact.
• Coordinate with customer service, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure quick responses and effective
resolutions.
Team Task Management:
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timelines.
• Lead and manage domestic and global operations teams, providing mentorship, direction, and support.
• Assign tasks, set clear priorities, and monitor performance to ensure timely project completion.
• Conduct evaluations, implement best practices, and streamline workflows to improve team productivity.
Market Research & Reporting:
• Conduct product and trip training for cross-functional teams.
• Ensure trips are launched across all channels (website, social media, offline platforms).
• Research competitor activities, market dynamics, and customer preferences to guide strategies.
• Track customer data points and generate actionable insights.
• Prepare and maintain the monthly trip calendar and ensure timely reporting of trip outcomes.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Project Management, Tourism, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in project or operations management (travel industry preferred).
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Crisis management experience with ability to adapt under pressure.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools, reporting, and CRM software (G-suite, Zoho,Canva)
• Ability to work under pressure. Working in a startup is a bonus.
Work Schedule & Location:
• Location: Mohammadpur, Dhaka
• Days: Sunday – Thursday
• Weekend: Friday- Saturday (availability might be required based on need)
• Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Compensation:
• Salary: BDT 30,000 - 40,000 (negotiable based on experience)
