Sales Executive

Wander Woman is looking for an energetic and proactive Sales Executive to support the growth of our travel

business through ef ective sales, customer engagement, and event initiatives. The ideal candidate will be

responsible for planning and promoting events, managing customer acquisition, and ensuring seamless customer

experience from inquiry to post-trip feedback.

Key Responsibilities

Event & Partnership Management

• Launch monthly events and ensure daily promotions across social media platforms to drive sales.

• Reach out to partners for collaborations and joint projects.

• Identify and secure new venues, partners, and innovative ideas for events.

• Look for sponsors to support upcoming events.

• Assist in preparing creative content for social media and offline promotions.

Sales & Customer Acquisition:

• Actively reach out to customers through calls, emails, and social platforms to increase acquisition.

• Follow up with potential leads consistently and convert them into customers.

• Engage with internal teams to identify and act on customer acquisition opportunities.

Customer Engagement & Retention:

• Collect customer feedback after trips and maintain strong rapport to strengthen loyalty.

• Update the customer feedback dashboard and prepare post-trip feedback reports.

• Ensure personalized engagement with customers to drive retention.

Financial & Operational Support:

• Maintain accurate records of customer financial transactions.

• Generate invoices, manage exchanges/refunds, and issue payment reminders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or event management

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in telesales and offline activation will be a bonus.

Work Schedule & Location:

• Location: Mohammadpur, Dhaka

• Days: Sunday – Thursday

• Weekend: Friday- Saturday (availability needed based on sales requirement)

• Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Compensation:

• Salary: BDT 25000 (fixed). Incentive up to additional BDT 25,000 (up to 100% based on KPI)
