Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. If canceled by Wander Woman:
   • Booking money will be given as a voucher with a validity of 1 year.
   • The rest of the paid amount will be refunded within 30 working days.
2. If canceled due to natural calamities, political unrest, religious events, or any other unavoidable circumstances:
   • Booking money will be given as a voucher with a validity of 1 year.
   • The remaining paid amount is non-refundable or partially refundable and depends on the refund policy of the supplier.
3. If canceled by the traveler:
   • Booking money is non-refundable under any circumstances.
   • 25% of the remaining paid amount will be given as a voucher if canceled 7 days prior to the travel date. Customers can also opt for a refund within 30 working days.
   • No amount will be refunded if canceled 3 days prior to the travel date.

Pick-Up & Drop-Off Policy

1. Reporting to the designated pick-up spots:

   All participants are requested to be at their designated pick-up spots at the reporting time. Please be mindful that long waiting times for one person can affect the entire itinerary.

2. No alterations to pick-up and drop-off points:

   No alterations can be made to the pick-up and drop-off points. In case of an emergency or special case, please communicate with Wander Woman's representative for assistance.
